FIFTH EXERCISE (THIRD RITE)

This exercise is fairly short due to how strong or difficult it is, but it is very good I making the body more agile and burning away some toxins. The interesting thing is to do it the best way we can. Remember well that in each exercise, there is the need for begging and supplicating intensely, if necessary crying in order for her to call the Third Logos to heal the sick organ you have. Remember that she is the mediator, the one who can invoke the Logos who is her Divine Husband, the Most Sacred Holy Spirit, Shiva, as he is called in the Orient.

                                                                 (Figure 6)

  • Maintaining the kneeling position.
  • Your arms should continue touching the body lengthwise. (See Figure 6).
  • Now, incline your body backwards slowly as far back as you can and remain there a few seconds
  • Begging, supplicating, imploring the Blessed Mother Kundalini, to intercede for you before the most Sacred Holy Spirit to grant you the benefit that you have asked for, be it of healing or of any other purpose.
  • You can straighten your body forward for a few seconds to rest and then return to the inclined position.
  • To heal the sick organ, open it by telling it: OPEN SESAME! OPEN SESAME! OPEN SESAME!
  • Visualize that the healing vital energy enters you, then enters the force of the Holy Spirit healing and curing you, but one has to do it with much faith, and faith and faith.
  • One has to talk to the organ with true faith, with energy, with courage, since it has to be healed perforce.
  • In a tremendous, imperious form, command the sick organ saying: BE HEALED! BE HEALED! BE HEALED! WORK! WORK! WORK!
  • One has to definitely concentrate on each cell of the sick organ, on each atom, on each molecule, on each electron of the sick organ, ordering it to work, to be healed, that it be cured.
  • You can straighten your body forward for a few seconds to rest and then return to the inclined position.
  • Intensely praying, pleading, begging, and imploring you Divine Mother for the benefit we need or the cure of the particular organ in you that may be sick.
  • You can straighten your body forward ending this exercise.
