This course is designed to teach the basic practice of meditation
including techniques of mindfulness, concentration, pranayama,
vocalization and mantras.
Each week will begin with a lecture/ slideshow on esoteric psychology and presentation of meditation techniques and end with a practical guided group meditation, designed to support practice at home.

The Mysteries of the Chakras. From the Gnostic Perspective we’ll take a deep dive into Esoteric Anatomy discovering the sacred relationship between the physical body and the world of the Divine.
